Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

This policy explains how Namorico Virtual handles your personal data, in line with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD) and, where applicable, the GDPR. Privacy contact: namoricovirtual@gmail.com.

2. Data we collect

Account: email and an encrypted password (we never store your password in plain text). If you sign in with the email link, there is no password.

Profile and chats: whether you are a man or a woman, language, preferences you select or mention, scene direction, characters you create, messages and each chat's memory summary.

Usage: number of messages per day, referral channel (when you arrive through a promotional link) and access logs with IP address, date and time.

Payments: plan, subscription dates and status, and amounts charged. Card details stay with the payment processor; we never receive them.

Cookies: one sign-in cookie, needed to keep you logged in, and Google Analytics cookies only if you accept them.

3. Sensitive data

Sexual chats and your preferences reveal aspects of your sex life, which is sensitive personal data. We process it on the basis of your explicit consent, given when you accept this policy at sign-up, and only to provide the service. You can withdraw consent by deleting your chats or your account.

4. How we use data

To provide the service: generate replies, remember what happened and apply your preferences. To manage the free limit and subscriptions. To send your sign-in link. To prevent abuse, fraud and prohibited content. To measure visits in aggregate (Google Analytics, with consent). To meet legal obligations.

We do not sell your data, we do not use your chats to train AI models and we do not show ads.

5. Who we share data with

Only with providers needed to run the service, acting on our behalf: website and database hosting (DigitalOcean), servers running the AI model (RunPod), email delivery (Amazon Web Services), visit measurement (Google, only with consent) and the payment processor when you subscribe. Some are outside your country, which involves international data transfers under contractual safeguards. We may also disclose data when required by law or court order.

6. How long we keep data

Chats, preferences and profile: until you delete them or your account. Encrypted backups are overwritten within 7 days. Access logs: 6 months, as required by Brazilian law. Payment records: for the period required by tax law (generally 5 years), even after account deletion.

7. Your rights

You may confirm whether we process your data, access, correct or port it, request anonymization or deletion, withdraw consent and learn who we share it with. Under Account you can delete chats or your whole account instantly; for other requests, email namoricovirtual@gmail.com. You may also complain to your data protection authority.

8. Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), strongly hashed passwords, protected cookies, encrypted backups and restricted server access. No system is fully immune; if a significant incident occurs, we will notify affected users and authorities as required by law.

9. Minors

The service is prohibited for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors; any account found to belong to a minor is deleted. To report one, email namoricovirtual@gmail.com.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced on the site or by email.
