Cancellation and Refund Policy

No automatic renewal

Pix payments do not renew on their own, so there is no future charge to cancel. You keep access until the end of the paid period and then return to the free plan, unless you pay again.

Right of withdrawal

Where local consumer law grants a right of withdrawal for online purchases (for example, 7 days in Brazil), you may cancel your first purchase within that period for a full refund by emailing namoricovirtual@gmail.com from your account email.

Other refunds

Outside that period, we do not refund partially used periods, except where required by law. Duplicate charges, charges after a confirmed cancellation, or technical failures that prevent use of the service are refunded in full.

Refunds go back to the original payment method and may take a few days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer. A refund ends paid access immediately.

Chargebacks

Before disputing a charge with your bank, please contact us at namoricovirtual@gmail.com; we can usually resolve it faster. Unjustified chargebacks may lead to account suspension.
