1. Acceptance
These terms govern your use of Namorico Virtual (the "service"), available at namoricovirtual.com. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Adults 18+ only
The service contains sexually explicit content and is intended only for adults aged 18 or older, or the age of majority where you live if higher. By using the service you confirm you meet this requirement. Accounts belonging to minors will be terminated as soon as identified.
3. What the service is
Namorico Virtual offers chats and interactive stories with characters generated by artificial intelligence. All characters are fictional adults. There is no real person on the other side.
Replies are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, repetitive or inappropriate; they do not reflect the views of the service. Nothing in the service is medical, psychological, legal or other professional advice. If you are in crisis, please seek professional help.
4. Your account
You are responsible for your account information, for keeping your email and password secure and for all activity under your account. Accounts are personal and may not be shared, sold or transferred.
5. Prohibited content
Even as fiction, you may not request, create or attempt to generate: sexual content involving minors or childlike characters; incest, including step-relations; non-consensual sex, including with someone asleep, drugged, too intoxicated to consent or unconscious; bestiality; necrophilia; sexual content involving real or famous people; or any illegal content.
You also may not use the service to harass, threaten or expose others; attempt to bypass safety filters; use bots, scraping or automated access; or resell the service.
Automated filters block this content before it is shown. Filters may occasionally block permitted text by mistake.
6. Chat content
You keep your rights to what you write and grant us a limited license to store and process it solely to provide the service (for example, so characters remember your chats). You may use generated replies for personal purposes. We do not guarantee replies are original or copyrightable.
7. Free plan, subscriptions and payment
The free plan includes a limited number of messages per day. A subscription (weekly or monthly) unlocks unlimited messages subject to fair use: a high daily cap that protects the service from abuse and automated use.
Payment is made by Pix (Brazil), processed by Mercado Pago. Pix does not renew automatically: access lasts for the period paid and you renew whenever you like by paying again; the new period adds to the time left. We never receive or store banking details. Prices may change for future purchases, with prior notice on the site.
Cancellations and refunds follow the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, attempt payment fraud or file unjustified chargebacks. You may delete your account at any time under Account. We may change or discontinue features of the service.
9. Warranties and liability
The service is provided "as is", without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service or generated content.
10. Changes, governing law and contact
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the site or by email; continuing to use the service afterwards means you accept the new version.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, without prejudice to consumer rights granted by the laws of the country where you live.
